nesSKR is a retro gaming platform that allows users to play classic NES games, participate in challenges, and wager cryptocurrency (SOL) in peer-to-peer competitions.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in cryptocurrency transactions in your jurisdiction to use the wagering features of this App.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Solana wallet. All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. The App is not responsible for any loss of funds due to user error, wallet compromise, or blockchain network issues.
Challenge mode allows users to wager SOL against other players. A 5% platform fee is deducted from the total pot. Wagers are locked in smart contracts and distributed based on game outcomes. By participating, you acknowledge the risk of losing your wagered amount.
Users must not use cheats, exploits, or any form of manipulation to gain unfair advantages. Violation may result in forfeiture of wagers and account suspension.
NES games and related trademarks are property of their respective owners. The emulator core (FCEUMM) is licensed under GPL-2.0. Users are responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to any ROMs they use.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
In no event shall nesSKR be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or participation in challenges.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
